Mexican feather grass (Nassella tenuissima) is
listed as noxious in class 1 in all LCAs of the Southern Tablelands and South East Region and throughout NSW. It cannot be sold and is a notifiable weed throughout the state. It has been sold as an ornamental grass and has become established in a few areas of NSW and Victoria. It is similar to serrated tussock (Nassella trichotoma) in appearance.
